
I slept for 19 hours and I still feel kinda gross.
I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I went and got my labs done Thursday and they were back to normal so it isn’t that.
I just feel… worn down and my stomach feels topsy turvy. Just upside down. I’m not a fan.
I feel like I could sleep another day away.
I haven’t really drank anything in a couple days other than the cup of coffee I just got down this morning. I guess that could be a problem, but water is hitting my stomach like a bomb.
I don’t know.
My mood is also crap. I can’t account for that either. I just don’t have the energy to do anything.
I need to shower.
I need to clean.
I just can’t.
I’m just having a hard day.
Tomorrow is church and I’m already in between looking forward to going out and dreading showering, being in public, and moving that early.
Ugh.
I am just frustrated with myself.
Sigh.
