
I really hate doing mental health appointments of any kind virtually. It’s harder to gauge body language and just what’s going on with the other person during conversations.
I know I shouldn’t be worried about that, but my brain subconsciously picks up on all of those things and I adjust my mouth accordingly.
Anyway, I still feel sick-ish and I don’t have a lot of energy. I was going to try to put myself in the shower this morning, but I couldn’t do it because I feel kind of woozy.
Soo… virtual therapy it is. I had a virtual appointment with my dietician yesterday. That was okay.
I mean, it’s okay, it’s just not ideal.
Oh well.

Agreed. Body language is vital. Maybe they’ll solve that iteration in full VR?

I prefer face to face apts too! Virtual just doesn’t cut it! I mean, I’m glad we have the means, but I just prefer face to face.
