I was supposed to go see my pancreatic specialist today.
Instead, my dumb butt went to the lab to get my pancreatic enzymes checked because my side hurt so much and SURE ENOUGH, I have pancreatitis.
So…golly gee. Instead of a fun little road-trip, I have been in this emergency room for 12 hours so far. They are going to admit me and have known that for for hours. Apparently there are no beds again and we are boarding people in the ER. Lovely!
I really just want my nighttime meds and a reasonable place to sleep.
