You guys, I’ve had the best NYE…

I got to spend the day with my Dad and Stepmom.

My stepmom made paella for lunch and then my Dad drove us around and showed us the places where he lived when he was young. He’d never done that before with me, so that was kind of cool.

Then, we went to my aunt’s house for dinner and that was really nice.

I also drove to the town nearby where there is a festival where my friend’s daughter was singing, (she’s amazing), and I made plans with my friend.

I got to get home before midnight and see my Mom and Stepdad.

It was a good day.

Also, both of the college football teams that I wanted to win, won as an added bonus.

Sigh. It’s just been a good day.
