…can make or break a hospital stay. Hands down.
My friend helped to make sure I wasn’t locked up due to psychosis that was due to pain and heat. That was super helpful. I kind of had a few moments that weren’t so great when I was in the emergency room, but it resolved quickly and found my grip on “reality” of whatever, relatively quickly.
My doctors here have been exceptionally nice to my face. I don’t know how they’ve been during other stays because this technology is relatively new.
That said, I can see their mean comments in my chart. I confronted one of them today (like an adult) and that doctor explained her statements to me.
My nurses have seen absolutely lovely. Just wonderful. I have really enjoyed their conversation and ability to care for me.
It’s scary to get this sick and these people have made it less horrific.

I agree, good medical staff is so important, it really can make or break the hospital experience!
