…things can start to feel overwhelming.
I have to run some errands and grab some things for my household and figure out some other stuff so I’m feeling a little pressured.
I told my friend I would help them out this morning, but they are having a rough start to the day and their day is quickly turning into a rushed event so I’m feeling the pressure of their day as well.
I just don’t like it.
I feel very anxious.
I know I need to get a zillion things done at home and I have therapy homework to do as well.
I’m also feeling a little off physically so that is kind of contributing to my problems.
I don’t know.
It’s noon and I feel like the day hasn’t really even gotten started yet and I’m stressed and haven’t done anything productive yet.
It’s not a good feeling.
I will figure it out of course, and whatever happens, happens, but I just don’t like it.
