Just a monitor…

Apparently I get to enjoy the upcoming heat by walking in it to get my heart rate up.

Pretty sure I will melt.

We also have a treadmill and I may use that instead because my psych meds make me totally heat intolerant.

Regardless, I came out of the cardiology appt with a monitor for a few days and he seemed pretty not worried.

So there’s that.

Whatever.
