I went to the craft store before lunch and got this cool new coloring book.
I told my therapist I would try coloring to help ease my intense emotions. I printed some coloring pages from the internet, but I didn’t find a bunch that I liked, so I decided to just look for a book.
I am pretty sure I have colored pencils somewhere. I know I have crayons.
I’ll make something work.
Yay for new toys!
