Thanksgiving

I am thankful for my parents, family, and friends.

I am thankful that everyone in my circle is doing relatively well.

I am thankful for the anxiety meds that I have on hand to get me through today.

I am thankful for my health and mental health providers.

I am thankful for really anyone who puts themselves between me and danger.

I am thankful for essential workers who made this holiday possible.

I am thankful.
