I need it.
I wasn’t planning on calling coaching yesterday, but I did.
Thankfully, the person I got helped me realize that I needed to work on my boundaries, (more and again), and breathe. I always need to be reminded to breathe.
The person asked me what skills I thought would be helpful instead of asking what skills I had used, which was also SUPER nice.
I am just looking forward to seeing my therapist to address a lot of things today.
I am hoping we have time to get through them all. I really need to make a list. I know I will forget something if I don’t.
Oh well. Time to try and relax for a minute before my day starts.
Not like it didn’t start 3 hours ago, but you know, a girl’s gotta try.
