World Mental Health Day

What have you done for your mental health today?

I went to the lakeshore and had lunch with a friend. That was nice.

I also had a breakdown and should have called my coaching team.

Oh well.

I made it through it.

I am kind of not holding it together very well as of late. I think I thought if I saw my therapist, I would be able to get rid of all of my trash and I’d feel better.

It didn’t quite work like that.

I am struggling so hard right now. I am trying to keep up everything and it’s really hard.

Like really hard.

There are times I don’t think I can do it.

Then I just kind of melt and pray.

Tonight for my mental health I think I am going to just rest. It’s what I need.

  1. I think of counseling as sometimes being like Pandora’s Box. You have to let all the stuff out before the box is nearly empty: and there is Hope, at the bottom of the box. It can be no fun at all letting all the other stuff out. Hang on and blessings.
