Feels like freedom

Okay. So. I am on lunch break from orientation and I just have to say that so far, this is the most amazing thing I have ever experienced in my academic career.

I have never ever felt like I “belonged” in a place like I do here.

I am a person of faith and I have never been able to express that in school. Ever.

This is a Christian university and the faculty is amazing. They are accepting of everyone while be committed to their faith.

I love it.

I feel safe and like I can be myself. It’s so awesome. I don’t have to hide pieces of me in order to get by like I did in other programs.

This is going to be fantastic!!
