It’s probably not a good sign that it’s five o’clock in the morning and I haven’t slept, but I’m wide awake and not tired.
I swear I took my meds last night and I was tired. I’m just not now.
Could just be a sugar rush from the 2/3 of a banana with PB2 powder and honey I just ate.
I don’t know. Just feel… WEEEEEE.
Actually, I can feel the tired behind my eyes, so this is kind of a misleading post. I don’t think I’m manic all of the sudden. Anything’s possible, but I’m pretty sure I’m not.
I just need sleep though.
Life is hard enough without adding lack of sleep to it.
I will be a walking basket case later if I don’t rest. At this point, I’m going to have to sleep until noon in order for that not to happen, and I’m usually awake between 6-7.
I’ll be lucky to be asleep by then.
I really should have talked to my psych more about this insomnia business. It’s problematic. It always has been. I sleep through the night now though, I just don’t fall asleep.
