I stopped at the cemetery to talk to my grandma today.
I know she isn’t “there,” but I just… wanted to be there.
I told her to take care of my grandpa. He needs her.
My heart hurts.
My family had decided to hold off on hospice for awhile even though they had initially decided to do that, but today they called. He is not well.
Everyone, (not the grandchildren), is meeting this afternoon.
I just wanted my grandma to know. She probably does, I just needed to tell her.
She sent me a cacophony of birds chirping at the cemetery. She loved birds.
They seemingly came out of nowhere, but I know it was her.
