My new treat

Okay, so clearly I have to say at the outset, not a good product if you have a peanut allergy.

However, this stuff is amazing.

I like to take a tablespoon of it and dump it on a sliced banana with a little bit of honey.


The whole deal is like 150 calories and makes a great snack! It’s a little bit of protein and makes a banana a lot more fun!

If you want to jazz it up even more, you can add cinnamon or dark cocoa powder.

It’s kind of great though.

I don’t know what made me think to post this, other than I’ve been using this as my “sweet treat” when I get sugar cravings lately and it’s been totally satisfying.

The honey is probably unnecessary as well, I just like how it mixes with the powder.

I have found this powder next to the peanut butter at my local grocery store, and it’s available in regular and peanut butter/cocoa. It’s also available in different sizes.

Oh, it’s also good in smoothies!

The best part is, it’s only 30 calories a tablespoon so it’s much better than regular peanut butter.
