
…I didn’t call the stupid DBT coaching line last night.
I ended up just falling asleep.
Sure, I was upset, and I did kind of get to tell my friend about it later, but I didn’t need “skills coaching.” I just needed someone to listen to me.
Sigh.
That’s all I usually ever need.
I used to need skills coaching.
I’m kind of not there anymore.
Now I just need someone to hear me.
Funny how things change.

I hate DBT! It is so annoying, I’ve never actually had to go through the whole DBT programme, thank god!

I don’t mind the skills part. I HATE the class part, and I my therapist thankfully pulled me out of the class. She decided it wasn’t for me. We are working on implementing skills and therapy together. It’s MUCH better.
