I was supposed to see my psych in just over two weeks, but that seemed too late given everything going on, so I got a sooner appointment.
Now I see her on Thursday.
I don’t know what she can do really. I mean, maybe she can help me with this anxiety or do something about my sleep. Maybe help with the depression. Who knows?
I just need some kind of help and until “the magic of DBT” kicks in, I’m going to end up blowing up my life if I don’t.
I should have asked sooner honestly.
I’m just… struggling.
