I wish I could sleep at night.
I actually wish I was one of those people who could sleep when they wanted to.
I’m definitely not.
I can barely sleep when I’m exhausted, let alone “catnap” or sleep uninterrupted for more than three hours.
It’s so annoying.
I’m actually starting to feel pretty desperate about it. I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried melatonin and prescription sleep medication. Neither worked.
I need to sleep.
It messes with my brain and makes me feel crazy when I don’t.
Insomnia is the pits.
