Today will be a better day because I will it to be. At least that’s the plan.
I will acknowledge vulnerabilities in physical health in terms of my headache, (still- but marginally improving), other issues, (that seem to be actually getting worse every day now), and really anxious crappy sleep (I wouldn’t have slept long enough for that sleep study thing anyway).
That said, those things do not have to ruin my day or control my life. They make it harder sometimes for sure, but they don’t own my brain.
I choose to have a better day today. It likely won’t be one without tears and it likely won’t be one without frustration, but it can still be a good day with those things in it.
