I achieved my goals for the day. I even managed to eat a healthy lunch while out to lunch today, so that was exciting.
I am happy about how today turned out. I was right that there were some frustrating moments and places where I was maybe a bit more vulnerable, but it wasn’t bad and I managed to keep a generally decent attitude today.
Group last night was extremely helpful in me kind of resetting my brain a little. Anxiety had kind of taken hold of me and I was not using the rational part of anything anymore.
I can’t say enough about peer support and how valuable it is. My group is a purely peer-led support group and it is fantastic.
Anyway, today was a better day and I’m hoping to continue it tomorrow.
