Blunted

I just feel like static. I am having a hard time connecting with myself. 

I’m pretty sure this is a self-defense mechanism to keep me from flipping off of the deep end emotionally. 

It’s just really frustrating to have a blog about how I’m feeling when I can’t access those feelings. 

Stay tuned. I’m working on it. 

Maybe I will share some of my CBT homework later.
