I am better in the morning. It’s hard on me when I have appointments later in the day because I’ve had all morning to get anxious about it. 

I have a hair appointment today (gotta kill the grey) and a med review with my psych NP. I am anxious about both actually. Neither should be that big of a deal, am I’m kind of looking forward to both, but I just get anxious before appointments. 

I still have two hours to kill which is really WAY too much time. I wish I could nap. 

Maybe art inspiration will strike…
